Maintain Professional Courtesy: Disagree respectfully, focusing on ideas rather than individuals. 

Stay on Topic & Follow the Agenda: To be mindful of everyone's time, discussions should remain relevant to the meeting agenda. 

Respect Time Limits: Keep remarks concise so everyone has a chance to contribute. Each person may ask up to two (2) questions to allow everyone an opportunity to participate. When time permits, additional questions may be taken at the end.

Be Mindful of Tone: Phrase questions and feedback constructively rather than critically. 

Limit Side Conversations: Keep discussions focused on the main speaker, and show respect by giving full attention without distractions. 

No Bullying or Dismissiveness:  Everyone has the right to voice concerns; please remain courteous and professional at all times.

Respect Speaking Turns:  Wait for your turn to contribute and do not speak over others. Allow the current speaker to finish before speaking, and refrain from speaking over others when they have the floor.

Time Questions Appropriately:  Wait for natural pauses before asking a question instead of interrupting the flow of conversation.

Be Solution-Oriented:  When raising concerns, please be prepared to discuss potential solutions rather than focusing solely on problems.
